dax69 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at its reasonable discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, dax69 reserves the right to withhold or forfeit all or part of the balance held in the account, subject to applicable law and any ongoing investigation. Where termination is not related to a breach, any verified balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding security review.
